No sound on MacBook devices
Troubleshooting speaker problems.
If you cannot hear other participants at a Zoom conference, follow the steps below to correct the problem.
Make sure the speaker is turned on. If a disabled speaker icon is displayed in the upper left corner, tap the icon to turn the speaker on.
Increase the volume on your desktop device using the volume buttons or the notification panel. Even if the speaker is turned on in Zoom, the volume of the device can be set to mute.
Try using headphones.
Reboot the MAC device.
Try reinstall Zoom from the Zoom Conference Start. (mac portable version)
The way with reinstalling Zoom on the Portable version.
Visit the Zoom meeting page.
2. Click on " Launch Meeting "

3. Once clicked, "Zoom.dmg" app will be installed.
4. Once the app is installed, right click on it, then "Open".

5. The "Zoom" installation window will then appear. Right click on Zoom.dmg in this window, then Open.

6. When you see a box saying that the app is not from the App Store, click "Open" again.

7. The "Terminal" will ask for permission to install Zoom, click "OK".

8. Next, the app requests access to change the microphone, webcam, and noise reduction settings. Put a password and click on " OK ".

9. Everything is ready, the sound from the microphone as well as the output to the speakers is set up.
